corruption

  1. a common trait with people in power and influence. People in government abuse their authority and enrich themselves by being dishonest and taking bribes or simply stealing money from the people by making questionable government projects. As time evolves many forms of corruption has been known it may be through plain extortion, bribe, and ghost projects. These people will give you promises of hope and next thing you will know they will turn national interest to private bank accounts.

  2. act of seeking and obtaining personal benefiot from a public responsibility. a public position is granted to someone by the people. the people put their faith in that person to perform his duty to the public in a flawless fashion, without thought for personal comfort or gain. if that person then utilises his position to his personal benefit, he is guilty of corruption. it is rare that to find a public official who is not corrupt to one degree or another. seeking personal gain, albeit to the disadvantage of others, is part of human nature.

  3. act of getting money from citizens for doing the government servent duties. corruption is bad for one country. it makes the ugly. The government people to do their work or duty they will buy money from citizens. It induces the wrong or improper way against the government law. public should be aware of this and they should not give money to government employees.
