gameboy is a hand held gaming console developed by nintendo. the first gameboy was released in 1989 in japan with black and white color graphics. Later on, gameboy pocket was introduced which reduced the size of the original gameboy to fit into a "pocket". later on, gameboy color was introduced and as the name tells, is is the first gameboy line that incorporated color graphics. Gameboy advance and nintendo ds came later as the technology advanced.
