Some company give overtime if they need to do more in productions. Companies give employees corresponding incentive for overtime such as food allowance, transportation allowance and additional salary.

  4. stands for overtime. it represents the time where the people will work for a long time than the estimated time. usually they do ot for make money or if they have a lot of work to do. it is the time distance between estimated time and worked time or ending time.
