pain is an extreme emotion of hurt caused by unexpected event. it affects one's total being, it maybe physically or mentally. pain is like a killing drug, if manipulates and that can lead to a serious damage. pain can be a drive to succeed in one's endeavor if use in an optimistic way.

pain is such a painful feeling that no one has ever escaped. each one of us have our own share of stories to tell about the tears and the hurting that we feel. it might be because of death , break ups and failures. just like losing someone you love most that we dwell on the pain and the reason for it as we go along with our lives that we tend to forget to move on and stay strong. it is like a very strong energy, a highly magnetic energy that pull us down towards that closed aquarium of sadness and in that place every pain that we feel is like squeezing our energy to live and if we allow ourselves and give in to that we might end up losing not just what we have lost but also our own sanity.
