an expression or in the other words "it's all up to you" to decide, to think wherein this time you are given the chance to chose either to accept it and do it or let it be as it is or suffer the consequences. in this situation the pros and cons or favorable and the unfavorable factors, reasons or advantages and disadvantages is already laid down in front of you, it's just a matter of picking the right thing.

It is one of the bad expression said by people when they get irritated. it means that "do it or don't do it" it all up to you. and your decision. that is my decision is final, then remaining is yours if you want you can take it, or leave it. shortly, decision is ours.
