technical support

  1. these are people who get trained specific jobs to help consumers on fixing their computer or any electronic device. The problem is when you get to ask them other questions they would end up wondering for they were given specific levels of action and if you tend to skip these levels they would end up confused for some of them are really not technicians or engineers but people who have other professions and ends up with these kind of jobs. In fairness they have exceeded expectations for they were able to deliver great customer service by gaining more on rapport rather than actually fixing the problem.
